After the defeat of Vortak, Samuel traveled the Warptime Machine portal, but accidentally transporting into the strange world called TMNT World. Samuel discovered the strange creature inside the egg until it hatched out into the small organism. The talking rat named Master Splinter who telling the story of himself and his friend named Yoshi. Samuel named him, FlameScorpio and train him to march and battle against other bio monsters called Mutants. However, his history was revealed that the past world as he saw them.
